Cloud seeding is serious business in China, especially as various Eastern and Central provinces are under going severe drought at the moment that will no doubt affect world food prices in a serious way. No worries though, it seems Shandong province have the situation under control with their pick up trucks with a rocket launcher strapped to the back to seed clouds with silver iodine. Interestingly provincial governments have been having arguments as to who the rain actually belongs to before it has actually rained.
